Art

The grade 7 s went on an outing to the Spier Contempary Art Exhibition at the City Hall.  Tour guides took the learners around the exhibition and explained the work to them.  It was amazing to be exposed to a such a wide range of work by top South African Artists from instillations, sculpture, printmaking, traditional art and painting.

This year we have been working towards our tri-annual Grove Art Exhibition .  Each learner from Grade 1 to 7 will have one to two pieces of work on display.   There will be a range of work - different formats , subject matter and media.
