Both the Application Document and the Method of Payment of Fees Documents MUST be returned to the school.
Thank you for considering The Grove as an option for your child's education. Please note: The Grove is a Section 21 School which requires payment of fees. School fees are a statutory debt. As from January 2010 the following documentation must be attached to the application forms before it can be fully processed:
1. An unabridged birth certificate or proof of application.
2. A clinic card.
3. Annexure A (Method of payment)
4. Both parents' ID documents.
5. Proof of address (Only original rates, electricity and levy account or your lease/deed of sale will suffice.) (Grade 1 applications require a copy of your Grade R account). We will copy relevant pages.
6. A copy of the most recent school report.
7. Applications from non SA citizens require a study permit.
We respectfully request that you also attach a voluntary contribution of R50.00 towards postage and petties.
